This page is a big report card for all my computer chats.
It looked at every single one, all 610 of them.
It sorts them into piles like done, stuck, and forgotten.
It points out jobs that were almost done but stopped.
Now I can see what still needs my help to finish.
A read-through of every single Claude Code chat on this machine. What is a concern, what fell between the cracks, what got abandoned, and what you need to know, graded at founder altitude.
I read every one of your 610 Claude Code chats, one at a time. Most are healthy. 159 shipped clean and 173 were noise, quick questions, stubs, or watchdog ticks. The signal sits in three piles. 153 chats built a deliverable and never finished the last mile. 61 are blocked on a dependency. 33 were started and went cold with nothing tracking them. That cracks pile is the whole story. Your machine is making a lot of work. A large share of it never crosses the finish line.
The most urgent item is physical. Your internal disk hit 99 percent, the T7 Shield reads zero bytes free, and Black has about 17 gigabytes left. Stem separation already crashed on "No space left on device" mid job, and screenshots started failing from disk starvation. Every render, every Demucs pass, every export is running against a wall right now. Clear this one first, before any other lane moves.
Your second structural problem is the Vercel account. The deploy token is a personal scope and the drwu-htmls project belongs to a team, so automated deploys return "Not authorized" and the hourly 200 check is a false green that curls a cached page. The result is a backlog of finished pages that live only on disk. Beach House and voice-songs audio return 404 on the live site, and the believeyoume v2 route still serves the clobbered build. One team-scoped login un-sticks the entire pile.
You are selling unfinished product on Etsy today. A live listing pull found nine thin-PDF books still for sale, including a Laurel Canyon stub that is an 11 KB empty file priced at 7.99. Finished sample packs sit fully built with only dry-run uploads, and several listings sit as unpublished drafts, one of them mispriced against its sibling. The build work is done. The publish step and the stub takedown are the gap, and that gap is both lost revenue and a refund risk.
The BELIEVEYOUME book carries an open integrity flag you raised yourself. Many chord and tempo cards were derived from a retired captures MIDI locked at quarter note 120 instead of the Songsterr-matching T7 exports, so the values are wrong across much of the catalog. A clean manuscript candidate exists from June 11 with no PDF built from it. The So Far So card is paused on two transcriptions that cannot both be true, Drop C at 120 with full vocals against Drop D at 130 with a three-note sketch.
Underneath all of this, the autonomous shift is holding 18 items open, 13 of them blocked. The bulk is the tarot-voice V2 and V3 lane, stuck on a cross-Mac sync plus a quality gate, and the Chiron video lane, stuck on a paid-voice 401 with a Lester XTTS workaround now in progress. Twenty-five plans are written and never queued. And the book cadence stalled in the obvious place. Bride and the Garden shipped Chapter 1 and never drafted Chapter 2.
One note on trust in this report. The verify pass re-read the top concerns and dropped 12 of them, because those chats died on a rate limit after the work had already landed. The concerns listed below are the survivors, each with a concrete file path or live URL you can check.
Every chat sorted into one of six states. Hover any band.
Here is every chat sorted into colored groups, like sorting LEGO by color.
These survived an adversarial second look. Each carries a concrete pointer, not a vibe.
These are the things to worry about most. I double-checked each one by reading the chat again to make sure it is really a problem.
A deliverable exists, the last mile never happened. Staged HTML never deployed, a proposed card never merged, a result never verified.
These jobs are almost done. Someone built the thing but forgot the very last step, so nobody can use it yet.
Real work was started, then went cold with nothing tracking it.
These got started and then everybody walked away and forgot about them.
18 items the autonomous shift is holding open: 13 blocked, 4 in progress, 1 queued.
These are waiting on something else before they can move, like waiting for a key or a delivery.
25 plans drafted across the vault. Most were never enqueued, pure opportunity cost sitting on the shelf.
These are good ideas written down on paper, but nobody started doing them yet.
Theme clusters across all 610 chats, hottest first.
All 610, searchable and filterable. This is the receipts: nothing was skipped.
Here is the giant list of every single chat. You can search it and sort it.
