Chiron Source-Audio Tracker — Strict Rules

Two separate fields

• Voice Owner = whose voice is actually heard: Brandon / creator source-audioMatilda XTTSLester XTTSNEEDS VERIFY
• Render Mode = how it was built: SOURCE-AUDIOXTTSSCRIPT-ONLYPARTIALUNKNOWN
• A SOURCE-AUDIO render can have Brandon as Voice Owner. An XTTS render can have Matilda or Lester.
• Never mark Chiron just because the content is tarot. Mark NEEDS VERIFY when the voice cannot be proven from file, transcript, source folder, metadata, or prior notes.

Title hardcodes (unless file evidence proves otherwise)

• "Boundaries, Betrayal, Spiritual Discernment" is not Chiron voice by default.
• "Did They Cheat" is not Chiron voice by default.
• Any reading built over creator audio is Brandon / creator source-audio, even when the title carries tarot, discernment, betrayal, cheating, boundaries, Chiron, whisper, collective, or spiritual wording.

Ordering, dates, and the daily four

• Order: live playable MP4s first, then fixed-today under the stable live group, then redo-queued, then script-only / partial / unresolved / missing-source at the bottom.
• YouTube Done Date: for every row with a YouTube ID, fetch YT metadata and enter that video's date (use the source upload date when it is the only reliable date). A local completed date goes in Notes only.
• Four Latest Priority: four YouTube-linked items are added daily. After the repair, identify the four newest by YouTube Done Date. They are the first production priority. No redos start until the four are identified and listed.

Redo, Script-Only, Backlog (be specific)

• Redo Reason: no "queued for K1 re-render". Say chip layout, kid-mode clarity, missing tiering, bad pacing, broken embed, oversized file (Vercel 100 MB cap), wrong voice label, outdated format, or the exact reason.
• Script-Only Reason (only when there is no live MP4): missing audio, missing render command, missing source YouTube ID, failed encode, Vercel file cap, missing transcript, broken build path, or not started — plus what work remains.
• Backlog Cause: real evidence from folders, metadata, file sizes, deploy logs, chat notes, scripts. When evidence is missing, write EVIDENCE MISSING and name the file/folder/command/log to check. Do not guess.
• Do not repair broken history silently. Keep an audit note whenever a prior tracker label was wrong.
• Kid mode means easier to understand, never thinner: keep the full point, simpler wording.

Final 14-column schema

Then three sections: Four Latest Priority, Redos Queued, Script-Only And Backlog.
