Order of operations
  1. Clear DwHelper Downloads 2023 (149 GB, re-downloadable). Biggest, safest win.
  2. Review then clear Drive (93 GB, 2016) and Lynda DMG (18 GB).
  3. Move the internal 213 GB corpus onto the freed Black space, your first real backup.
  4. Offload internal ~/Music/Soulseek (12 GB) to drop the internal disk off the 98% red line.

Never-delete is honored: nothing is erased here. The plan stages junk into /Volumes/Black/delete/ so it frees space only when you empty that folder yourself.
