Targeted wake of all 20 is blocked. This session is in bypass/auto mode, which disables the cross-chat send_message tool. The 2 open tabs were woken by broadcast; the other 18 are closed sessions that no script can re-open. To finish: switch a session to supervised mode (normal / plan / accept-edits), then re-run the wake. Queued as q-2026-06-24-8b3c41.

Keep-awake contract

Resume unfinished work immediately. Never ask “should I continue?”
Read the queue: python3 ~/.claude/skills/no-quit-shift/queue.py status, pull the next open item, make verified progress (a path or a live URL + http code beside every claim).
Can’t finish a sub-ask this pass? Queue it: queue.py add "...". Dropping it silently is the fraud.
A heartbeat cron 7-59/25 * * * * re-checks the queue every 25 minutes and keeps the shift moving.
Ship every HTML to drwu-htmls.vercel.app. A local path is only a draft.

The only two honest exits

1. The queue empties. The chat ends its reply with the exact line SHIFT TRULY COMPLETE and the heartbeat self-deletes.

2. You pull the off-switch. One clean stop for every chat:

touch ~/.claude/shift_queue.allow_stop

Every heartbeat checks for that file first. Delete it again to resume the shift.

Broadcast only reaches Claude.app tabs that are currently open. Open the other chats in Claude Desktop first, then re-run to wake them too.
