Is the other Mac getting outputs, inbox drops, AND the live config (CLAUDE.md, memory, skills, plugins)?

iCloud sfg/ push Healthy
Outbound: outputs & handoffs written here ride iCloud Drive to the other Mac automatically. The one sanctioned channel (Syncthing & claude-sync banned).
Inbound: drop a file into sfg/inbox/ from phone or other Mac, com.drwu.icloud-remote-inbox ingests it within ~5s, no tokens needed.

Config push, the brain New, fixed today
This was the real gap. CLAUDE.md, MEMORY.md, all skill code, settings, hooks, and the plugins list do not ride the output channel. Until today the laptop was running config roughly 24 days stale, with CLAUDE.md and plugins never synced at all. Now bundled text-only and applied by the laptop as its own parallel copy.

# live round-trip proof (this run) drop → sfg/inbox/healthcheck-20260630-125042.txt ingest→ [icloud] ingested healthcheck-20260630-125042.txt -> 2026-06-30-125051-icloud-...json emit → ~/.claude/slack_inbox/2026-06-30-125051-icloud-healthcheck-...json (290B) result→ probe consumed from inbox, JSON delivered — PASS (9s)
One honest caveat. This proves both channels are alive on this Mac. The heartbeat _status/ folder shows only Jacks-iMac.json (fresh 12:47) and no MacBookPro.json — expected, since _status/ lives in the vault, which is local-only (only sfg/ rides iCloud). Full bidirectional proof needs the MacBookPro powered on and dropping a file into sfg/inbox; nothing here can confirm that remote side by itself.
