Missing / gaps

No single combined deliverable that is a "Fish Thoughts" video narrated by Lester — the two pieces (phishthoughts-writer review text generator, and the Lester XTTS voice) exist separately and have never been chained into one render on disk.
No phishthoughts-writer text output found anywhere (no generated review .md/.txt in Projects/_outputs or the vault). The skill exists but appears not to have produced a saved review yet.
No Phish-themed background/video assets (no aquarium/fish footage, no Phish show stills) staged for such a video. The avoidant-video-pipeline backgrounds/ exist but are themed christian/occult/secular, not Phish.

NEXT RENDER STEP: 1) Generate the review text by invoking the phishthoughts-writer skill (needs Date M.DD.YYYY, Venue, full Setlist with > segues, and jam notes). 2) Convert that review into a beat manifest {id: text, ...} matching the format in ~/Projects/episode-chalkboard/S4E10-HV/manifest_lester.json. 3) Render with Lester: ~/xtts_env311/bin/python ~/.claude/skills/book-to-video/scripts/xtts_render.py <manifest.json> "~/New Desktop/_Archive/Audio Files/lester_v3_long_ref.wav" <out_dir> (use the long ref for stability; outputs 48kHz). 4) If a video is wanted, hand the wav to avoidant-video-pipeline scripts/assemble_video.py (--caption-mode align --text "<narration>") or a Phish-themed background, then run scripts/qa_check.py.
Fix the one open Lester render before reuse: the 2026-06-07 occult MP4 failed QA on a 24.05s audio dropout (XTTS glitch) and 67.93s length. Re-run the XTTS render (or run the xtts-glitch-qa skill) to clear the dropout and trim narration under 65s, then re-QA so it can move queue/review -> queue/ready.
Confirm which Lester ref to standardize on: config.json points the occult lane at the 22s lester_v3_ref.wav, but the 30s lester_v3_long_ref.wav is the more stable speaker reference. Decide and align config.json plus any manifests to one ref.

Task 2 · Gilmore Girls work product 🟢 Found

Gilmore Girls work is real and substantial but spread across captures, dashboards, and one shipped index — no finished book product exists. The richest analytical artifacts (mirrors-v2.html at 2.2MB, the 217KB Episode-Breakdown-Bible MD/HTML, and the chatgpt-captures dashboards) are transcript-grounded but staged in Brandon-Vault/New Desktop, not all shipped. Task 3 · Substack media-automation plan

Four lanes, authoritative handles (2026-06-10): Lane 1 Christian keyofdavid2, Lane 2 Occult/Tarot brandonpag3, Lane 3 Music onethingneeded (launch post ready), Lane 4 Life/Code claudekits (TBD, unregistered). There is no official Substack write API (confirmed by ten-substack-automation-plan.md). The only auth path is a per-publication session cookie at ~/.config/substack-cookies/<handle>.json (not yet created). Tooling exists as the browser-based substack-transfer-operator skill.

Drafts. Author each post as Markdown in ~/Projects/_outputs/substack/<lane>/, then push to the Substack editor through the browser (Claude in Chrome), not an API.
Scheduling. Substack native scheduler is the reliable path; drive it via the browser. No server cron can post without the session cookie, so stage cookies first if you want unattended scheduling.
Republishing / cross-posting. Use the substack-transfer-operator skill to move a post between lanes; keep one canonical Markdown source per post so a repost is a re-render, not a rewrite.
RSS ingestion. Each publication exposes /feed. Pull all four feeds into one dashboard to track cadence and catch missed weeks.
Analytics. No API for stats either; export the per-post stats CSV from the dashboard weekly into ~/Projects/_outputs/substack/analytics/ and chart open-rate and subscriber delta per lane.
Zapier / Make fallback. Both can trigger off the RSS feed (new-post → tweet, cross-post, email digest), which is the safe no-API automation surface.

Fifth Substack concept — TV-essay / fandom lane

A fifth publication built on the TV corpora already on disk: Gilmore Girls (153-transcript corpus + screenwriter breakdown), Community (Agentic OS), Twin Peaks lore. Format: one transcript-grounded episode essay per week, an episode-guide backbone, and recurring “mirrored subplots” close-readings. It reuses the same Markdown-first, browser-publish workflow as the other four lanes and feeds off work product that is already built.

Task 5 · Etsy 10-point CEO profit plan

Etsy API v3 is fully wired (shop_id 50156638; all 10 ETSY_* keys present in [private config], secrets not printed). The OAuth access token expired 2026-06-10 11:52; the refresh token is valid, so a fresh token is one command: python3 ~/Desktop/project-audit-dashboard/etsy-uploader/refresh_token.py. Guardrails honored: no listing or price changes, and the $1 review-generating listings stay exactly as they are.

Profit. Keep the $1 review-drivers untouched as the funnel top; route their buyers to higher-margin bundles rather than raising the $1 price.
Traffic. Refresh the OAuth token and re-pull live shop state (the on-disk etsy_listings.json is from 2026-05-15, likely stale vs the current ~56 listings) so every later decision uses live data.
Conversion. Use etsy_critique.json to fix the lowest-scoring listing first: lead image, first three gallery slots, and the first 160 characters of the description.
Reviews. The $1 items already mint reviews; add a post-purchase PDF thank-you that asks for the review and points to the next bundle.
Listing bundles. Package the Shiner alt-rock MIDI starter and the drum-rack products into themed multi-item bundles; bundles raise average order value without touching single-item prices.
SEO. Mine the 13-tag slots against Etsy search suggestions per category; align title front-load with the strongest tag. Drive this from the API client, read-only.
Off-platform content. Cross-link the music Substack (Lane 3) and the band dashboards on drwu-htmls to the Etsy shop; the work product already exists.
Fulfillment time. Digital products should show instant download; verify every listing is flagged digital so the shop’s processing-time signal stays green.
Analytics. No order CSVs are on disk; export the Etsy seller order + stats CSVs weekly into ~/Projects/_outputs/etsy/analytics/ and track conversion by listing.
Repeat buyers. Tag $1 buyers and target them with a coupon on a matching bundle; the cheapest acquisition you have is a buyer who already trusts the shop.
