The page asked for hero.jpg as the video poster. That frame existed at the source as hero_frame.jpg (1920x1080), so I copied it in. No action needed from you.

Related, not an image: the video wpUCkqhE8v4_chalkboard_LESTER.mp4 is also absent from the deploy and exists at the same source. Say the word and I will ship the video too.

All 10 referenced photos exist locally at ~/Projects/daughters-through-the-years/photos/ (3,524 photos in the source). They are simply not in the public mirror, so the gallery is blank live.

I am holding on purpose. Copying them in publishes your daughters' faces to a public URL that can be cached and indexed. One word from you and I copy the ten in and redeploy. Nothing is published without your go-ahead.

These four covers do not exist as images anywhere on disk. The books have manuscripts and PDFs, the cover art was never made. The dashboard points at cover files that need designing or generating.

The 21 False Positives

karen-two-row-reading and v2 flagged 10 each, and this is dead code. Those bare filenames live in an unused COLS JavaScript array marked "retained for reference only". The real cards render from static absolute paths and show fine live, verified by screenshot.

karen-troubleshoot board flagged one, cards/death.jpg, and that is my own example text inside a <code> block on the troubleshooting page. None of these three pages need any image.
