What to craft next in MTG Arena, Mardu colors (white, black, red)
Standard format, June 2026. This page reads your live Magic: The Gathering Arena collection and ranks every card you might want to make using a Wildcard. The cards that show up in the most decks rise to the top.
One-paragraph explainer. In MTG Arena you turn extra cards into "Wildcards", then spend a Wildcard to make any card of that rarity. Wildcards are the most precious thing in the game. This dashboard sorts every white, black, or red Standard card by how many of the 25 currently-popular decks in those colors can include it. The more decks a card fits into, the more value you get per Wildcard. You only have 4 rare and 4 mythic Wildcards right now, so the ranking matters.
Fact audit, 2026-07-18
Every card claim on this page was re-checked against live Scryfall.
20 of 20 ranked cards verified: name, rarity, and colour identity all match, and every one is Standard-legal.
4 of 4 ban claims confirmed: Cori-Steel Cutter, Heartfire Hero, Monstrous Rage, and Screaming Nemesis all return banned in Standard.
1 error corrected: the collection total read 10,735 and the export says 10,960, a difference of +225. Fixed on this page.
Snapshot is stale: the collection is stamped 2026-04-22, with only 4 rare and 4 mythic wildcards. Finishing every 4-of in this pool needs 36 wildcards, so treat the ranking as a priority order rather than a shopping list.
New column: Paper $. Market price for one copy, cheapest Scryfall printing, sortable. Arena charges wildcards rather than dollars, so read it as the paper value of the same card. Priced 76 of 76 rows.
Your current resources
Pulled live from Untapped.gg. "Rare WC" and "Mythic WC" are the only numbers that limit what you can craft today. Vault Progress is a counter that, when it hits 100%, hands you 3 uncommon, 2 rare, and 1 mythic wildcard. Only duplicate commons and uncommons feed it; duplicate rares and mythics do not.

Filter and sort the table
The table below has 76 rows. Hide lands shows only spells. Hide already at 4-of shows only cards you still need (a "playset" is 4 copies because that's the deck-building limit). Hide rotating in early 2027 drops cards from the sets leaving Standard at the next rotation. Correction, 2026-07-18: Standard has NO rotation during 2026. Wizards moved rotation to the first release of each calendar year starting in 2027, so Wilds of Eldraine (WOE) and The Lost Caverns of Ixalan (LCI) stay Standard legal through 2026 and rotate in early 2027, not this fall. An earlier version of this page hid those cards as rotating and would have talked you out of crafting cards that are legal for months yet. All three filters start ON; click a lit button to turn it off. For sorting, use the Wildcards needed and Deck count buttons, or click any column header. (Win rate is a per-deck number, not a per-card one, so its sort lives down in the 25-deck section below.)
FiltersSort
The craft ranking (76 candidates)
How to read each column.Rank is the sort position. Card is the card name (bold = you don't own a playset yet). CI is "color identity", which colors the card uses; "C" means colorless (any deck can use it). Rarity tells you which wildcard pile to spend from. Set is the 3-letter code of the expansion the card is in. Type is creature, artifact, land, etc. MV is mana value (what it costs to play). Owned is how many copies you currently have on Arena. WC to 4-of is how many wildcards it would cost to finish a playset. Decks that can play it is the headline number: if you craft this card, how many of the 25 popular decks actually run it, a real count from 1 to 25 pulled from Untapped decklists (not color legality). Quantity does not matter, one copy or four, the question is only whether each deck plays the card. A higher number means crafting it helps more of your decks, so each wildcard does more work. Cards at 0 are ones no current Mardu-color deck plays.

Why mono-colored cards beat dual-colored lands at the top. A colorless card or a single-color card fits more decks than a two-color card. A black-only card fits every mono-black deck plus every Rakdos (black-red) deck plus every Orzhov (white-black) deck plus every Mardu (white-black-red) deck, that's 18 of the 25 we're tracking. A black-red land fits only 9 of 25 because it can't go in any mono deck or any white-only / red-only / black-only deck. This is just a math fact about how many decks each card is "legal" in, not a claim that the card is automatically played in every deck of its color.
How to read this in practice. Pure "deck count" rewards cards that fit anywhere, especially colorless artifacts. But every two-color or three-color deck still needs special two-color "dual lands" so that you can tap for both colors on the same turn. Your dual-land collection is already deep, 19 of the 22 most-played Mardu-color duals are at full playset. The single biggest hole is the three "shock lands" (Blood Crypt for black-red, Godless Shrine for white-black, Sacred Foundry for white-red). You own zero of all three, and they're the lands that enter the battlefield untapped on demand, which is what makes a three-color manabase work. Even though their deck-count score is lower than mono-black mythics, they fix a problem the rest of your collection cannot.
The 25 decks the ranking uses for scoring
"Mardu" is a shorthand for "white, black, and red, in any combination", a three-color slice of Magic's five colors. The grid below is every deck in that slice currently being played on Arena, pulled live from Untapped.gg over the last 30 days. Mythic-tier winrate is the percentage of games the deck wins when played by mythic-ranked players. Decks in red text have a winrate above 55% with at least 100 sampled matches. Mardu Discard at 60.1% winrate is the strongest Mardu-color deck in the format right now. The card-ranking above counts how many of these 25 decks can legally include each card.
Is it stuck at 25 decks? No. The 25 is not a cap, it is every Mardu-color archetype that cleared a minimum-sample threshold (at least 30 mythic-tier matches) in the live Untapped meta period at build time. Lower that threshold and you get more, lower-sample decks; raise it and you get fewer, more-proven ones. The data was pulled by hand from Untapped, so the page does not yet refresh on its own. A once-a-day auto-rebuild is straightforward to wire up, see the note at the bottom of the page for the three update options.
About this grid. These are the 25 decks the ranking scores against. Sort them by win rate or by how many wildcards it would take to finish each one. The "most shared crafts" idea lives up in the card table, not here: it is a per-card number from 1 to 25 that says, if you craft that card, how many of these 25 decks it can go into. Each deck below also shows its total wildcards to finish on its detail line.

Cards Wizards just banned (and what that means for you)
When Wizards of the Coast bans a card, it can no longer be played in Standard. Several big cards were banned recently. You own four copies of each of these (a playset), which means those wildcards are now "dead", you spent them on cards you can no longer use. Nothing to do about it except note it. The good news is that the bans removed the strongest red-based aggressive decks, so the Mardu colors (white/black/red without the banned red engine) just got more space in the format. The Untapped tier list now has Mardu Discard, Orzhov Skeletons, Rakdos Fling, Boros Burn, and Boros Auras all over 55% winrate, which is why this dashboard is worth building right now.

Creator decks culled from YouTube (133)
Every Standard deck video harvested from 13 tracked creators, carried over from the
creator-decks cull.
Each row keeps its video link, its decklist host, and, where the list was actually fetchable, the real paper price
and the wildcards Arena would charge you after subtracting what you already own.
23 of 133 decks are castable in your white/black/red colors, and of those only
1 is an actual three-color Mardu deck. The rest are smaller slices of the same colors:
1 Mardu W/B/R, 3 Orzhov W/B, 5 Boros W/R, 3 Rakdos B/R, 3 Mono-White, 3 Mono-Black, 5 Mono-Red. The cheapest one with a real list is These New Cards Work So Well in Mono White Enchantments | Standard BO1 MTGA Gameplay #mtgarena (Mono-White) by AbojiiMTG at $93.06 paper and 14 rare-plus-mythic wildcards.
"Mardu" means the full W/B/R three-color build, nothing less. A mono-white deck is a mono-white deck.
An Orzhov deck is white-black. A Boros deck is white-red. A Rakdos deck is black-red. Those all happen to run on the
same mana base you already own, so they are worth listing, and the badge on each row names what the deck actually is
rather than filing all seven combinations under one word. The seven color combinations that fit are
W, B, R, W/B, W/R, B/R, and W/B/R.
How this connects to the craft ranking. The table at the top of this page ranks single cards by how many
of the 25 tracked archetypes they fit. This table is the other direction: whole 60-card lists that real creators
published, scored by what they would cost you to build right now. A deck badged with any of the seven combinations is
buildable from the white/black/red mana base your collection is already deep in.
Correction, 2026-07-18: Moxfield was never walled. An earlier version of this page said Moxfield was
unreachable behind Cloudflare. That was true only of anonymous requests. Read through a signed-in browser session,
Moxfield returns the full decklist normally, so 0 decks now carry a real price and wildcard count
that were previously printed as "list walled", on top of the 21 that MTGGoldfish already served.
The old claim described one failed transport and published it as a fact about the host.
Colors now come from the cards, not the caption. 0 decks never stated their colors in
the video description. Rather than leaving them unknown, the color identity is now read from every card in the actual
decklist, which is why some rows carry a small dot next to their colors. 21 decks remain genuinely unknown
because no list could be reached for them at all.
