Walk-in testimony is rare in the public NDE record, but it does exist with a specific signature. The clearest first-person account in this corpus is Sheila Sepi (EplRCUtNdQc), who states the bare definition: basically a walk-in is when one soul leaves and another soul comes in
. She describes the substitution moment in physical terms (it felt as if someone reached down grabbed me by the hair of the bed pulled me bolt upright into the bed and then it was like lightning ran through my body
) and the post-event recognition gap in the same words the simulation hypothesis would predict: i felt as if i was looking out of someone else's eyes i knew it was me but i didn't recognize me
. The body is the container. The consciousness is the file. The swap of the file does not break the container.
The most striking line in the Sepi account is the substrate-reasoning she volunteers without prompting (EplRCUtNdQc, chunk 2). She frames the previous occupant as an arcturian soul, then says: part of the energy of that soul had laid this energetic neurological framework within this body so when the new soul came in it didn't fry the circuits
. Read past the cosmology and the engineering claim is exact. The previous occupant laid the procedural cache, the motor skills, the vocabulary, the nervous-system index of the body, and the replacement consciousness inherited that cache without rebooting hardware. That is what substrate independence buys you in any system that separates agent-state from world-state.
When the replacement consciousness arrives in Sepi's account, the episodic store has changed but the body's cache persists. She reports both halves of the split (EplRCUtNdQc, chunk 1): i started being flooded with memories that i had no foundation for
and (chunk 2) the new soul had its own imprinting had its own memories
. The chunk-3 wayshower interview names the corresponding deletion (all of those memories that did not serve this soul because i had never lived that just kind of left and those old memories have gone away
). That split, procedural cache retained and episodic store rewritten, is the exact signature a partial migration would produce.
Sepi (EplRCUtNdQc, chunk 4) enumerates the soul-substitution taxonomy by name: soul exchange, soul infusion, overlay, braided soul, jumper, soul layering. She defines the jumper variant as the bare-metal case: a jumper can come in and out very quickly it might be there for a couple hours a couple minutes a couple days this is an agreement
. Each category skips the gestation and childhood-amnesia bootstrap that ordinary reincarnation requires. The body is fully grown, the social position is preset, the relationships are pre-built. That is the kind of efficiency a finite simulation would optimise toward, and the speaker, who works as a walk-in life coach, names it as a class of agreements rather than a freak event.
The walk-in cosmology in the corpus is consistently many-souls-many-bodies. Sepi's chunk-3 wayshower says the replacement consciousness comes from a collective (we worked within the christic energy and we had melded with other individuals to make as like a single being
). The chunk-4 author says sometimes you have two souls in there at a time and that's called the braided soul and they literally braid upon each other
. Whether you read this as a many-worlds branch-swap or as a simulation engine re-assigning an agent process to an existing body, the predicted observable is the same: the consciousness-body link is addressable from outside the body. The story rivalry collapses at the testimony.
A scan of the neighbor corpora on disk (soul-contract 223 indexed, starseed 286, twin-flame 301) surfaced two additional walk-in voices using vocabulary the Sepi corpus did not. A twin flame teacher in the soul-contract corpus (53yrq1ThYLA) describes a population-level substitution: there are walk-ins that have come in and stepped in to take over for the divine masculine that basically have lost their birthright and have not awakened
. A Dominion starseed channeler in the starseed corpus (U81w4ATgby4) makes the same claim with different framing: if a Dominion can't fulfill their Shadow work that energy will shift will be a soul Swap
. Both speakers, from communities that do not share Sepi's vocabulary, describe the same mechanic: the substitution is conditional on the original occupant failing their assignment. Three independent communities (NDE walk-in, soul-contract twin-flame, starseed channel) converging on a substitution-conditional-on-failure structure is stronger evidence for the mechanic than any single voice.
The 103-video walk-in corpus surfaced 1 explicit first-person walk-in (EplRCUtNdQc, Sepi, who also reports her seven-year-old son as a second case in the same household). The neighbor corpora surfaced 2 more voices using different vocabulary but the same mechanic (53yrq1ThYLA, U81w4ATgby4). The strict walk-in subset (consciousness substitution in an adult body where family members report a different person came back) is rarer in the published academic record and absent from this combined pull, but the mechanic is named and described by multiple independent voices. The simulation argument does not require walk-ins to be common. It requires them to be non-zero. Three independently corroborated walk-in voices are a proof of concept for the substrate, because an addressable consciousness-body link is not a feature of brute matter. It is a feature of an engineered system. The remaining question is not whether the substrate exists. The remaining question is what runs it.
