The February 3 to June 16 hundred is the main list. It is the one that sounds right to you, and it is the one the page leads with. Twenty weekly editions of five, ending on the June 16 column that carries Lorde’s “Sober” alongside SZA, Chelsea Wolfe and Emily Haines.

If you want the July songs too, take the 120. February 3 through July 14 keeps every track in the hundred and adds the four later weeks, which is where St. Vincent’s “New York” and Japanese Breakfast’s “Road Head” live. Nothing gets traded away to fit a round number.

Why the extension exists. A strict hundred-track window that reaches July 14 has to drop February, and February is where Mount Eerie, Jay Som, Vince Staples, Lana Del Rey and The Jesus & Mary Chain sit. The 120 keeps both ends.
