Transcribe & Verify
For each approved file: run Whisper (~/venvs/demucs or fresh env), save transcript to ~/Projects/_outputs/transcribe-reclaim/, verify it reads correctly. No deletion yet.

After transcript verified: move original to <parent>/delete/ subfolder. User empties on their own schedule. Never rm directly. NEVER proceed without explicit per-file approval.

- Zoom Recordings — structured call recordings
- 2024/ and 2025/ subfolders — need detail scan first
