UPS gives you Skillsoft Percipio free at ups.percipio.com (plus the mobile app for minutes-a-day). It issues digital badges (Open Badges v2, pushed to LinkedIn via Accredible) and completion certificates, so it is the cheapest possible way to earn credentials that show completion.

Verify one thing: the public program is written for part-time non-management staff, so as a supervisor confirm your management education benefit on UPSers before assuming the same terms. Percipio itself is free with no reimbursement paperwork. Check on UPSers whether your job level gets tuition help. Percipio is free either way.

5. Suggested 90-day sequence

Week 1: Log into Percipio, run Role Advisor (Process Engineer), and finish the Six Sigma "Measuring Processes' Capability" course. Grab the free White Belt too.
Weeks 2-4: Work the Percipio Six Sigma Green Belt Aspire Journey and the Power BI channel. Build one real audit-style dashboard.
Month 2: Percipio SQL courses plus freeCodeCamp for the free verified SQL cert. Sit PL-900 or DP-900 for a fast official cert.
Month 3: Sit PL-300, then take the TestPrep SSGB and register for the Green Belt exam.
