Hardened deploy_gate.py: new --max-day ceiling (default 90, under the 100 cap). Interactive /ship now refuses past it; warns in the last 10; auto-resets at midnight; --force overrides. Syntax-checked and unit-tested.

Built this single running-log page so future checks append here instead of spawning a fresh deploy each question.
