Every card's chord symbols, scale-degrees, Roman numerals, inversion figures, and bar-counts checked by interval math against the card's own tab and MIDI box. Songs 1-2 hand-verified, songs 3-10 swept at 2 pages per agent to match a page-by-page human pass.

Every hard error survived a defend-the-book referee pass. The deep re-audit's referees rejected 4 auditor findings as defensible, so those are excluded here. Song 1 deep dive, believeyoume-critique-check.

Root cause, and a free win. The book's machine-read data (tab + MIDI/audio box) is reliable, the prose and some labels drift off it. One slice of the "errors" is a CSS artifact: the .key-line / .sec / .stave-label classes carry text-transform: uppercase, so a correct lowercase Fm renders as FM and a correct i renders as I. One CSS rule fixes every minor-chord and minor-tonic label at once, the rest are genuine per-card text edits.

Relative to an E♭ root the four pitches give intervals {1,7,10,11}, which is not a diminished triad (root–♭3–♭5 = 0,3,6).
