Emotional safety includes being able to use this site with ease, whatever tools you rely on. This is our statement of intent, what is in place today, and how to tell us when we fall short.

Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. Accessibility is treated as part of the design, because a calm, legible, predictable experience serves the purpose of this work directly.
What is in place
- Keyboard access. Every interactive element, including links, buttons, and the menu, can be reached and operated with a keyboard, in a logical order.
- Visible focus. A clear focus outline shows where you are as you move through the page.
- A skip link. Keyboard and screen-reader users can jump straight past the header to the main content.
- Semantic structure. Landmarks and a logical heading order let assistive technology present the page meaningfully.
- Readable contrast. Text colours are chosen to meet AA contrast against their backgrounds.
- Reduced motion. If your device requests reduced motion, animations are switched off and every element is shown in its final, settled state.
- Meaning never carried by colour or animation alone. The alchemical symbols are decorative; their meaning is always given in text as well.
- Responsive and zoom-friendly. The layout reflows down to small screens and remains usable at up to 200% text zoom without horizontal scrolling.
- Works without JavaScript. With scripts disabled, all content is present and readable; scripts only add motion and the mobile menu.
Reflective prompts are content, not forms
The questions posed throughout the site are for your own private reflection. They are presented as text to read, not as fields to fill in, so no assistive-technology user is asked to disclose anything to progress.
Known limitations
This site does not currently carry a practitioner biography, a resource library, or contact details. As those and any future features, such as a booking tool or newsletter, are added, each will be built and tested to the same standard described here.
