Kid mode
Brandon has lots of chats with his helper, and many of them stopped before the job was all the way done. This page is the helper's plan to go back through the leftover jobs one at a time and finish them, and it lists the last 80 chats so you can see what they were all about.
The /loop plan + the last 80 chats
Across the last 80 sessions, the pattern is a handful of repetitive grinds started in one chat and abandoned mid-batch. The plan: a self-paced /loop walks the no-quit-shift queue (the durable record of what every chat left unfinished), finishes one item per pass with real proof, and never stops while ready work remains.
Plain version: Old chats left jobs half-done. The loop is a robot that picks up the next leftover job, finishes it, proves it works, and moves on by itself.

The three-phase plan
Phase 1
Inventory
Read the last 80 sessions, cross them against the no-quit-shift queue to separate shipped from unfinished.
- Pull 80 sessions (list_sessions).
- Read queue: queued / in-progress / blocked.
- Group chats by lane to see where work clusters.
Phase 2
Pick loop targets
Keep only the repetitive, self-completing backlog (what /loop is built for), not one-offs.
- Last-20 chat fixes (ship + sibling .md).
- Chiron source-audio renders (one video/pass).
- Stem players (one album/pass).
Phase 3
Run the loop
Pull next item, finish fully, verify with a live URL + http code, mark done, repeat.
- One item per pass, never bulk-complete.
- HTML routes ship via ship.py (200 + button + md).
- Genuinely blocked items get recorded, not dropped.
Mechanism: the loop drives queue.py next/start/done. Long jobs (demucs) run in the background and wake the loop on completion; a 30-minute fallback keeps it draining other items meanwhile. Nothing is claimed done without a path, a live URL + status, or command output beside it.
