Obsidian Integration — Start Here

Obsidian is your project brain. Right now your work lives in many folders that do not know about each other. This path makes one room where every note can point to the related script, dashboard, prompt, and source. Start small. You do not redo everything at once.

1. Make a vault section called Command Center. In Brandon-Vault, add one new folder named Command Center. This is the room everything points back to.
2. Create five starter notes inside it. Make these exact notes: All Work Products, Open Loops, Link Plans, Voice And Video Systems, and Automation Ideas. Each note is just a title and a short list for now.
3. Add tags to every note found in this run. Tags are labels that let Dataview build lists by itself. Use this starter set:

4. Make index notes that link to the HTML dashboards. In All Work Products, paste links to All_Work_Product_Map.html. In Link Plans, link Link_Based_Plans_Dashboard.html. In Automation Ideas, link Unused_Tools_And_Bottlenecks.html. Now the vault opens the dashboards in one click.
5. Write the weekly refresh command. Once a week run python3 scan_inventory.py && python3 build_dashboards.py in this folder. It re-scans your drives and rebuilds every page so nothing goes stale. Later, n8n can run this for you on a timer.
